For Tornados who missed the ice cream social, the ribbon box will make an appearance on my front stoop beginning August 14!

Thornhill Cares School Supply Drive

Making Friends, Making a Difference

The Thornhill Women’s Association is hosting a Back to School Supply Drive at the pool pavilion on Saturday, August 20th, from 10 am — 5 pm. We will be collecting school supplies for children of all ages and will donate them to Classroom Central, a local organization dedicated to providing children living in poverty with the school supplies they need to succeed in the classroom. Congratulations to the 2011 Thornhill Tornados! Our community swim team placed first at this year’s Greater Charlotte Swim Club All – Star meet within their division.  The All-Star meet was held on July 10th, at the Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center.
