The links on the left will move you to the official Thornhill Community Association web site. The current Board members, minutes, and an agenda will be listed here. The Board Meeting Agenda has not been assigned an official web site link, so the member is left to search the TCA web site.

The 2011 Executive Board has decided that the TCA Minutes are no longer required of the Executive Board. As has been the Board attitude for years, no announcement has been made to the TCA membership, the 2011 Board simply stopped producing the Minutes. The last known Minutes were from the June 27, 2011, Board meeting, published more than a month later. The last communication, in late October, from the TCA was to announce the upcoming TCA Annual Meeting. Without the official organization record, i.e., the Minutes, it is daunting to determine what the Board is doing for the TCA membership? Despite the requirement that no TCA action can be undertaken until the authorizing motion is published to inform the membership, the TCA Executive Board exposes the community to the substantial risks associated with their new secret policies. Apparently, while the membership is under one set of rules, the Executive Board does not feel that they are bound by the same rules? Why?

During the April 2010 Board meeting, a motion was passed to resume publishing the minutes from the previous meeting on our web site, as well as an agenda, to keep the members informed and current on the Association activities. This proposal would have resumed the original practice of publishing the Minutes on the web site, in addition to presenting current information, with an Agenda, of the future direction of the Board. There is no indication on the Official TCA web site, that our 2010 Board ever implemented this resolution.
